I saw many applications that mostly worked and told the Location of a specific pokemon with 100% accuracy,
    Was that legit?

Yeah those applications surely told the Location of the pokemons with 100 percent accuracy but they were not considered legal by Niantic inc.

Because its a game full of Suspence you can’t just ignore all the rules made by Niantic the founder of game and do what you want.

i dont think that’s considered a flaw, You can say that it was not that highly acceptable.

It is not a flaw brother it’s just restricted to some areas.
